• Membership meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of March, June, September and December.

• Board of directors meet on the first Thursday of January, February, April, May, October, November.

• All meetings are suspended for July and August.

• Elections are held at the Annual MVGC Membership Meeting held the 1st Thursday in March each year.

• Any member who has been a member at least one year and is currently a member in good standing (all dues and assessments paid) may run for office.

• Candidates must be nominated by at least 3 members in good standing, said nominations must be placed in the nomination box a MVGC 2 weeks prior to the election date.
