Membership meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of March, June, September and December.
Board of directors meet on the first Thursday of January, February, April, May, October, November.
All meetings are suspended for July and August.
Elections are held at the Annual MVGC Membership Meeting held the 1st Thursday in March each year.
Any member who has been a member at least one year and is currently a member in good standing (all dues and assessments paid) may run for office.
Candidates must be nominated by at least 3 members in good standing, said nominations must be placed in the nomination box a MVGC 2 weeks prior to the election date.
